Haha.. well, actually different depts and diff bosses and diff job scopes really matter a lot. And it really depends how u view the matters altogether.

I really feel myself being stretched beyond my expected limited. The incentive tat holds me back is definitely NOT the $$$, but the experience i can gain from my struggles. I am also glad that i have a lot of seniors around to provide general guidiance, although they cant really help me much in my job cos its too specific. But being specific also means tat ONLY you know the job well upside down, nobody else, not even your boss. Most imptly, it must be something transferable (to another job).

But back thinking to my pay...arggh. .its so miserable! The amt of work done doesnt match the pay i am getting!
